Patient Experience Survey
The West Virginia Primary Care Association offers the Patient Experience Surveys twice a year to participating health centers. The purpose of this survey program is three-fold:
- To provide Community Health Centers with information and insight from patients’ viewpoints about services provided
- Results are intended for use by management to design and track quality improvement
- Meets certain HRSA reporting requirements towards PCMH recognition
The WVPCA provides patient experience survey services to participating health centers. Training is provided to all participating health centers annually to assure that appropriate sampling methodologies are utilized; and that staff understand the process used to collect and analyze data. Training can be provided at any time during the year, on request.
