Event Overview: This year, the West Virginia Primary Care Association is hosting a two-day conference on June 11-12 focused on the delivery of School-Based Health, Telehealth, and Mobile Services across the state. These services encompass primary care, behavioral health, oral care, and care coordination.

The two-day event will be held at the Charleston Coliseum and Convention Center. This spacious venue is the perfect setting for keynote speeches, engaging breakout sessions, and networking opportunities. Located just minutes off the I-64 exit ramp, it's easy to access and guarantees a top-tier experience.

School-Based Health Conference - June 11, 2026 | 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM

Theme: "Driving Toward a Healthy Future: The Road to Healthy Kids Starts Here"

This year's conference will feature Erin Walsh delivering a keynote on the importance of digital well-being for students, tying in technology, social media, and student mental health. We'll also explore other topics that tie into school-based health and student wellness including increasing parental consents, oral health in schools, exploring strategies for improving children's health outcomes through nutrition, and more. Don't miss the opportunity to learn from state and regional experts as we explore innovative solutions for advancing student wellness!

Telehealth/Mobile Health Day - June 12, 2026 | 8:30 AM - 2:00 PM

Theme: "Bridging the Distance: Telehealth and Mobile Care Summit"

On the heels of the conference, we will hold a one-day event dedicated to optimizing telehealth and mobile service delivery. Industry leaders and experts from across the nation will share cutting-edge best practices to help health centers take telehealth and mobile services to the next level. 
 
Target Audience: School-based health center staff, behavioral health clinicians, CEOs, CMOs, and Quality-focused staff.
