Event Description: The WVPCA and Fairmont State University have partnered to offer a series of micro-credentialing courses designed to build workforce-ready skills and support career advancement. The first course, Health Data Analytics & Information, introduces participants to the fundamentals of health data analytics, including data literacy, EHR analysis, outcomes measurement, and dashboard development. Health Center staff will learn how to use data to improve decision-making, enhance patient outcomes, and drive performance improvement through data-informed strategies. Participants will gain foundational skills that support career opportunities in healthcare information, quality improvement, population health, and other data-focused healthcare roles.
Objectives and Goals:

Date and Time: October 27th, November 3rd, November 10th, November 17th, 2026 | 12 - 1 PM
Target Audience: Any health center staff involved in quality measures, performance improvement, value-based care, or population health initiatives including, but not limited to Quality Improvement Staff, Population Health and Care Management Staff, Clinical Managers and Supervisors, (EHR) Super Users, Care Coordinators, etc.
Cost: This training is being offered at only $150 per participant!
This training is only open to CHC staff.
