Event Overview: This year, the West Virginia Primary Care Association is hosting a two-day conference on June 12-13 focused on the delivery of School-Based Health, Telehealth, and Mobile Services across the state. These services encompass primary care, behavioral health, oral care, and care coordination.

The two-day event will be held at the Charleston Coliseum and Convention Center. This spacious venue is the perfect setting for keynote speeches, engaging breakout sessions, and networking opportunities. Located just minutes off the I-64 exit ramp, it's easy to access and guarantees a top-tier experience.

Theme: "Healthy Schools for Bright Futures: Advancing Student Wellness as a Community"

This year's conference will spotlight the power of community partnerships in promoting the well-being of children and families. With a focus on school-aged kids, we'll dive into critical topics impacting today's youth, featuring sessions designed to empower school-based health centers in providing comprehensive, whole-child care. Expect to hear from state and regional experts as we explore innovative solutions for advancing student wellness.

Telehealth/Mobile Health 102 - June 13, 2025 | 8:30 AM - 2:00 PM

Theme: "Optimizing Telehealth and Mobile Delivery" (not limited to school-based services)

On the heels of the conference, we will hold a one-day event dedicated to optimizing telehealth and mobile service delivery. Industry leaders and experts from across the nation will share cutting-edge best practices to help health centers take telehealth and mobile services to the next level. 
 
Target Audience: School-based health center staff, behavioral health clinicians, CEOs, CMOs, and Quality-focused staff.
